Domestic Cleaning Services;

Cost: £12/hr (minimum 2 hours per visit)

Payment: Cash, Cheque or Standing Order

Payment Frequency: Weekly

It is not always necessary to survey regular cleans up-front.  They are typically charged at £12 per person, per hour.  Payment is required upon completion by cash/cheque.  A standing order can also be setup if this is more convenient.  Most of our customers find it easier to provide us with a copy of their key, but this is entirely your choice.  We supply all cleaning products and carry liability insurance.

Commercial/Office Cleaning;

Cost: Subject to survey

Payment Method: Cheque or BACS

Billing Frequency: Every 4 weeks

Commercial/Office cleaning is always subject to a survey.  A quotation is provided, along with our standard Agreement form, for your consideration.  The quotation will detail a weekly cost, but does not limit the number of hours either way.  Our staff will only leave your premises once the job is complete.

Every 4 weeks, we will issue you with a detailed invoice. Our payment terms are 14-28 days, via cheque or electronic payment. One-off initial “deep” cleans are sometimes initially required, where the key facilities (kitchen, toilet, etc.) are brought up to our high standards.  Regular visits (the frequency of which can be discussed & agreed during the initial survey) are then sufficient to maintain this high standard.

Generally taking the form of end of tenancy, holiday let or spring cleans, but can also be as an addendum to your regular domestic or commercial requirements.  They are handled in a similar way to Commercial/Office Cleaning (see above), where a fixed price is provided and are dependant on an initial survey.  Payment is required upon completion.
